Usually, Saturday mornings are when all my winners for the week are announced. But here’s a big author secret–most of us have DAY JOBS that actually do things like pay for our mortgages and book giveaways and such. My day job is at a large university whose athletics programs are part of the uber-competitive Southeastern Conference–and, yes, Virginia, it’s football season!

So while most of you are slumbering in your beds, I will be on campus by 6:45 a.m., working the Auburn-Mississippi State football game, handing out reserved tickets, pointing people toward the restrooms, and doing other very un-authorly things.

All of which is to say, that my giveaway announcements will be moving to SUNDAYS during football season.
