Coming July 29–Hot, Crazy Faeries

ebook cover2-suzannej3523-72dpi-1500x2000Happy Thursday! Just a couple of brief notes today.

First, after its two-month run in the DARK SECRETS anthology, which is no longer available (by design), I’ve finally gotten THE CONSORT novella revised slightly and available for Kindle for $1.99.  It’s intended as the first iin a series of Fae Hunter novellas, and probably won’t be available in print until I have at least three done. You can preorder it before its July 29 (next week!) release by clicking hereThe changes (which are slight) were made to put the book better in line for the release of BELLE CHASSE in November since the novella is set in the Sentinels of New Orleans multiverse. The events of the book take place before BELLE CHASSE and is set in both New Orleans and in Faerie. The only Sentinels characters who appear are the princes of summer and winter, Florian and Christof, and the novellas will have a stronger romantic spin than the Sentinels novels.

Also, as Susannah, I’m visiting author Zara West’s blog today, talking about writing and my current thinking on writer’s bock, which has changed in the last year. Hop on over if you have a chance!

  1. Love the crazy political dynamics of the faeries. Looking forward to more of the princes. You know the Sentinels is my favorite of your series.

  2. I read The Consort in Dark Secrets. Kind of like the two princes then. Not so now. They are NUTS. Ordered the revised version today anyway..

    • Thanks, Roger. It’s mostly just polished and I had to work around the “Tamara issue.” You’ll know what I mean. But yes, the princes are barking mad, both of them, although Christof is slightly less so. Even I am still on the fence about him!

  3. such a gorgeous cover ( arf that will be teh question when it will be released in print: which novella cover or a completly new one will be chosen) ^^ and if read this right it means at least 3more YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
