Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to those of you in the U.S., and Happy Random Thursday to everyone else!

Yes, I’ve been absent again. A week ago, my mom, who is almost 92, fell and suffered a broken pelvis, which involved several nights in the hospital and, now, a stint of mostly bedrest at home. So I am trying to figure out that balance between caregiver and author and blogger and editor.

As she improves, I’m hoping to get the blog back up and running next Monday, and the newsletter in early December–the December issue will have a surprise in it…a good one, I hope.

In the meantime, have a happy and blessed weekend and, well, okay, I must say it, with slight apologies to all my Auburn friends as Iron Bowl weekend approaches…Roll Tide!

  1. Am late with my Thanksgiving greetings. So sorry to hear that your mom had such an ordeal. Hope that she recovers with relative ease and that you find some time to take care of yourself, too.
